The Democrat’s state chairwoman of South Carolina, Carol Fowler, offered an insightful remark yesterday, claiming Sen. John McCain picked his running mate, Gov. Sarah Palin, “whose primary qualification seems to be that she hasn’t had an abortion.”

I guess if you ignore her time as a mayor and governor and her record of reform and taking on corrupt interests, then sure… giving birth to all five of her children is all she’s got to go on…
