Apparently the state of Tennessee is no longer taking applications from applicants who were home schooled or who attended private schools.  Great idea.  “Punish” young citizens for their parents’  decision to give them a better education than government typically provides by refusing to give them state jobs, and thus forcing them to work in the private sector where they will earn more money and learn more real-life skills.
